Firstly, click the icon in the top right hand corner. You will then be given the option to sign in or register an account & choose a plan that works for you. After filling out the registration form you’ll need to upload your qualification/s and insurance (see Uploading Qualifications, Insurance and Licenses for help with this). Make sure to accept terms & conditions! Once you’ve submitted your account and entered your card details you’ll be taken to your dashboard, click menu & select “create your profile” here you’ll be able to add a bio, your treatment list & prices, a gallery & more! Make sure you don’t forget to select which filters apply to you and your business and what categories of treatments you offer.
If you have ONE salon location you will need to purchase the £4.99/month option.
If you have more 2-5 salon locations you will need to purchase the £6.99/month option.
If you have 6+ salon locations you will need to purchase the £8.99/month option.
* Or you can pay annually if you prefer.
We offer different options so that each of your locations can have their own platform.
On phone –
To find your Facebook link search your account & click on the three dotted button (located next to message & like) – your link should appear.
To find your Instagram link search your account from a personal page if you have one & select the three dots in the top right hand corner, it will offer you an option to “copy profile URL” – this will be your link.
To find your TikTok link go onto your own page & click edit profile, you’ll see your username – below will be your link.
On desktop –
To find your Facebook link you will need to go to your profile & click settings, general page settings should appear with your user name and link.
You can upload the following files : pdf, doc, docx, jpg, jpeg, png, pages. If you try to upload a file that is not accepted you will not be able to proceed any further with your registration.
You can also upload photos or screenshots of your certificates and insurance if you don’t have them downloaded on your device.
Makeup Artists – Currently there are not any nationwide licensing requirements for freelance makeup artists in the UK. In some boroughs you will be required to register with your local council if you operate within your own premises. Therefore an official qualification in Makeup is not required, although Qonectu does require all subscribers to hold public liability and indemnity insurance.

Forgotten to select the star rating on a Review? Want to update a previous review given, or just made a mistake?
All you need to do is go onto the Business Profile and leave another review – the new review will supersede the original one.
You can edit/update your Profile/s whenever you want. Just Log into your account , which will take you to your Dashboard. – All YOUR BUSINESS PROFILES – Select the Profile you want to edit (if you have more than one) and then select the Edit option. DON’T FORGET TO SELECT UPDATE when you have finished!
